The Rossmax ACT Hand-held Pulse Oximeter is the world's first pulse oximeter to check artery condition along with pulse and %SpO2 rate. It very cleverly, uses the %SpO2 signals to determine the stiffness of the artery. Then it also displays on the screen what level it classifies under. There are 6 levels, 1 being the healthiest and 6 being critical. The ACT can pick up potential risk of arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease and peripheral arterial disease.
Other than the advanced artery check technology, the Rossmax pulse oximeter has many features. You can change the setting to allow the pulse and %SpO2 rate to have a maximum threshold, so if it's exceeded, an alarm sounds. The alarm can also be switched to silent mode. The device also has the ability to record a measurement every 10, 30 or 60 seconds, and has a maximum memory capacity of 999.
On the colour display screen you can view the pulse and %SpO2 rate instantly and the artieral status within 1 minute. The pulse oximeter is biocompatible and anti-allergenic to protect the user and ensure safe use.
