Login to our portal to activate your online access - https://www.syringaonline.co.uk/login. Enter the email address we have on file for you in the sign in box and a password link will be emailed to you. It's as simple as that! 

 

​REQUEST A TRADE ACCOUNT

Visit our portal to request a trade account - https://www.syringaonline.co.uk/login. Click the 'Request a Trade Account' button which will open up a form to be filled out with information we need prior to approving the account. We are very quick at getting accounts up and running and can generally open them the same day, so you can start exploring our products and services.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

For our business customers, we offer payment with invoice or a 30-day account with a credit limit determined by our accounts department. 

 

DELIVERY

All orders over £60 (ex VAT) are dispatched free of charge with DPD Next Day Delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday are delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have a customer who has an aftersales query of one of our products, you can put them in touch with us directly so we can help solve their issue. Our customer service team has experience and knowledge of the devices and in most cases, can help the customer over the phone.
